The Sound of Silence
It started with a crunch.
Not from an apple. From a raw onion. Juliano and I watched SAS ASMR sink her teeth in like it was no big deal.
I’d never seen her videos before. But once someone tagged us, I realized we were on the radar of one of the most-watched silent sensations on the internet. No brand deal, no outreach. Just like Jennifer Garner, she wanted to film her reaction to Nature's Wild Berry and made it part of her content.
And then everything moved fast.
Views climbed in the millions. Comments poured in. Orders spiked. And we sold out. Again.
People love to say that’s a good problem to have but I’m not so sure. When people want your product and can’t get it, it doesn’t feel like a win. It feels like you weren’t ready. And while we knew this moment might come, knowing and going through it are 2very different things.
This wasn’t our first time running out of stock. Like I said, Jennifer Garner posted about us first. But this time we understood the assignment. We knew what it looked like to go viral and then let people down. And we were determined to crack the code on staying stocked without cutting corners.
That’s the thing about our vision. We’re not just building a brand over the next few years. We’re trying to build one that lasts. That means staying dependable while staying true to what makes this product special. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just the wildest berry nature has to offer, ready when you want it.
What I wanted next was another taste test. This week’s went to cantaloupe, which is in season well into October on the west coast. I grabbed one at peak ripeness and dove right in.
It was juicy, just how I wanted it. Sweet enough to delight my taste buds. But then I chewed the berry for 30 seconds and took another bite. After the berry it became full-on Juicy Fruit. Like a punch version of cantaloupe that was hitting exactly the way you never thought possible: candy-level fruit with a refreshing finish.
That’s what this journey is about. Testing. Tasting. Tuning in to what people really want. And making sure they can get it when they do.
Every blog brings a piece of the history and a another puzzle piece where curiosity leads the way. And for the loyal ones reading this far, there’s a 48-hour hidden alphanumeric discount code tucked in here for 20 percent off. Just a small thank you for being part of the adventure.
