At Nature’s Wild Berry, we stand behind the quality and satisfaction of our products. If your eligible order is fulfilled and shipped by Nature’s Wild Berry and you are not satisfied for any reason, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Eligible orders fulfilled and shipped by Nature’s Wild Berry are covered for issues that may happen during ordering, shipping or use of our products.

  1. Incorrect product: If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct item or provide a full refund, depending on your preference.
  2. Shipping errors: If your order is shipped to the wrong address, we will resend the product to the correct address at no additional cost.
  3. Damaged products: If your product arrives damaged, we will promptly replace it or issue a full refund.
  4. Lost or stolen packages: If your package is lost in the mail or stolen after delivery, we will resend the product or refund your purchase.

How Long Is the Warranty?

This warranty is valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. During this period, customers may contact Nature’s Wild Berry to address concerns covered under this policy.

Which Orders Are Covered?

This warranty applies only to eligible purchases fulfilled and shipped directly by Nature’s Wild Berry.

Covered when fulfilled by Nature’s Wild Berry

Shopify, Target, Walmart, SMS, eBay, Bubble Goods, Faire, Pod Foods and Amazon Merchant Fulfilled orders may be covered when the order is fulfilled and shipped directly by Nature’s Wild Berry.

Not covered by this policy

Orders fulfilled and shipped by Amazon or TikTok are not covered by Nature’s Wild Berry’s satisfaction guarantee. Please contact Amazon or TikTok Shop directly for support with those orders.

If another platform fulfills and ships the order, that platform controls the return or refund process. We’ll still do our best to point you in the right direction.
