1. Every subscription ships free in the US, with no minimum

This is worth more than the discount and it is the part most people miss. Free shipping normally starts at $35. Subscriptions skip that threshold entirely.

That is $9.79 less on your very first delivery, before the discount has even started climbing.

2. Your price falls with every order, then locks

Most subscriptions hand you one discount and leave it there. Ours grows each time an order completes. It is counted in orders rather than months, which means skipping a delivery never sets you back. By your eighth delivery you reach the best price we offer and it stays there for as long as you keep the subscription. The full ladder is at the top of this page.

3. The price you start at is the price you keep

When our prices go up, yours does not. Your subscription holds the price you signed up at. A subscriber from today keeps today's price long after it has changed for everyone else. This is also why subscribing during a promotion is worth doing: you keep the promotional price permanently, well after the promotion ends.

4. Your berries are reserved, even when we sell out everywhere else

We are a small company and we do sell out. Subscribers are covered first, because your delivery comes from stock held for you rather than from whatever is left. If you have ever tried to reorder and found us empty, this is the fix.

5. Prepay six months and pay less again

On the 50-Serving Refill Bag you can pay for six months up front at $145.64 and still receive a delivery every month. That works out to $24.27 a bag against $26.97 at full price. Your balance sits as credit on your account and each delivery draws from it. There is nothing to remember and nothing to re-authorise.

6. You can see all of it in your account

Nothing about your subscription is hidden behind an email to us. Sign in and you can see where you are on the reward ladder, what unlocks next, your next delivery date and the exact amount you will be charged. If you prepaid, you can also see your remaining credit, what the next order will use and every credit transaction so far.

Changing, pausing or cancelling

You are in control the whole way through. From your account you can skip a single delivery, change how often it arrives, move your next delivery date, pause for a few months or cancel outright. Cancelling takes two clicks. There is no phone call, no email and no retention maze. Any change applies to your next order as long as it has not already been processed.

Common questions

When am I charged? On the same schedule as your deliveries. You will always see the next order date and amount in your account before it happens.

Does skipping a delivery cost me progress on the ladder? No. The ladder counts completed orders rather than calendar months. A skipped month simply moves your next step later.

Does the discount apply to the promotional bundles? Those are already priced at their floor. Subscribing does not take further money off them. What it does instead is lock that promotional price in for you permanently, long after the promotion ends for everyone else.

Do the prepaid plans climb the ladder too? No. Prepaid gives you its better price immediately rather than earning it over eight orders. The two are alternatives rather than a stack.

Is there a commitment? None. No minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.
